Bard Graduate Center, New York City is hosting a Fashion Exhibition relating to movie costumes & design from the Silent Film Era. There are 4 floors dedicated to posters, movie stills, accessories, dress sketches and costumes from famous dress designers of the day to include lesser known names lesser-known names including Madame Frances, I. Miller, Natacha Rambova, and Lilian St. Cyr. Rudolph Valentino’s matador jacket from Blood & Sand is on display. If you live in the area, or planning a future visit I would highly recommend attending.
